Hey everyone...

Im 24 and currently playing football for a local team, I would like to take advantage of my youth and height and work on my upperbody strength.

Im currently 6 foot 1 inches, And my weight is sat at just over 12 stone.

Ive got a multi gym and free weights in my garage, Along with a pretty decent cross trainer, I live 40 miles away from my nearest gym, So it really is all i have to work with.

Up to yet ive been doing full body workouts on a day on day off basis, With 20 mins cardio on the cross trainer pre workout. Ive been taking sytha 6 protein shakes after workouts and before bed.

My main aim is for some bigger traps and shoulders, And some biceps as mine dont seem to want to grow. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

6ft 1, 170lbs, my diet is

all bran / shredded wheat for breakfast

some protein bars

scrambled eggs on brown bread

workout protein shake

jacket potato cheese mayo

tuna mayo sandwich

protein shake before bed

Thats a typical days diet.

My routine goes something like this....

20 mins cardio - full body workout

I do everything on my multi gym, 2 x 12 - 10 - 8 for everything.

then with the free weights, i will do the same for my shoulders traps biceps..
