has anyone had muscle twitching, just now and then when I put my hand behind my head my anterior and rear delts go mad and jump all over the place until I bring my arms down? Is this a nutrition thing or is it just one of those things

my leg looks possessed when relaxed, it twitches like fuk, weird - I put it down to a little sciatic nerve damage from blowing a disk years ago

It sounds like you're trapping a nerve in your upper back/neck area. If it doesn't clear by itself you might consider a chiropractor or sports masseur to sort it out. gl
