Depends if you feel like it, protein maybe not depending on how long since you last trained, but then if your illness is affecting your appetite then the protein may be a useful thing.

No good reason to stop the creatine.

when im ill I try to eat more as your body needs food to repair and get better, but if you cant then I personally wouldnt stop taking my BCCA'S or Glutamine, echinea is fab for the immune system hun and if you cannot stomach food maybe have shakes,least your bodies getting something :thumb:
