Hi all,

I've been training for around 3 years now. I can never ever feel chest exercises its always in the front delt/armpit area. I've tried everything from pulling shoulders back, flaring arms 90 degree to 45 degree every angle on the bench and all the exercises under the sun. So I'm wondering if there is any muscle in my chest whatsoever. Is there a specialist or some sort of real time scanner that can see what I'm doing wrong in the UK. I'm West London based. All help is appreciated :)
