Back/Bicep
Bent Over Rows
Deadlifts
Chin Ups
T Rows
Wednesday:
Tri/Chest
Flat Bench
Tricep Extension
Incline Bench
Friday:
Legs/Shoulders
Squats
OH Press
Shrugs
Glue Raise
Any improvements?
