Well heres my routine all movements are 5X5:

Monday:

Back/Bicep

Bent Over Rows

Deadlifts

Chin Ups

T Rows

Wednesday:

Tri/Chest

Flat Bench

Tricep Extension

Incline Bench

Friday:

Legs/Shoulders

Squats

OH Press

Shrugs

Glue Raise

Any improvements?

It seems to be quite a solid routine full of compound lifts. You could try Mark Riptoes 5x5 program where you train slightly less volume but hit bodyparts more frequently. But if you are getting stronger each week, why change.
