Thinking of changing my routine as il soon be able to train in the morning at 6.00 ,i currently train after work at about 6.00pm but im moving house nearer to work.

I currently train 3 times a week

Tue - triceps & biceps 3x10 3 excercises for each.

Thu - Back & shoulders "

Sun - chest & legs "

Advice on the rest periods for this routine please

Mon 6am - chest , shoulders ,triceps 2 exersises for each.

Tue 6am - back , biceps 3 exercises for each.

wed - rest

Thu 6am - same as monday.

Fri 6am - legs , biceps 3 exercises for each

Sat - rest

Sun - rest

Does this sound ok, biceps are lagging plus chest, shoulders, triceps, feel like once a week is too long a gap personally so any suggestions welcome.

Im trying to cram it in and leave out weekends to free up more time for my

little boy :thumb:
