Was thinking of starting a log using only food and good training

I have been recovering from an injury to my shoulder and have been lazy as hell.

Will use a 7 times a day meal plan instead of 2 at the mo, (told you i have been lazy)

Supps include: Myprotien impact whey, glutamine, bcaa's creatine mono, muti vits myprotien Alpha male.

Some gains will be muscle memory but thought it may be usefull.

Am down to 70kg at mo but plan to add 10kg of lean mass in 12 weeks with only my knowledge really good food and a few supps.

Anyone interested?
