Found these tasty chicken and lemon microwave (yuk) food pots. Wondered how bad you think these are? Need to get a grip on my lunches as i usually have spinach and chicken breast. Need something different..

470kcal

Protein 31.5g

Carbs 51.6g (of which sugar 3.9g)

fat 15g (of which saturate 8.5g)

sodium 0.6g

salt equiv 1.6g

Threw the pack away! Damit. I thought numbers would be a strong indication as carb/fat/protein content are buildingblocks are they not?
