Apologies in advance if this type of thread has been done to death.

Usually PWO, I have a banana and a whey shake. But after looking in the reading room at the nutritional articles I see that simple carbs with fructose aren't the best for PWO. I also see that grape juice is recommended but this also contains fructose does it not?

Would I be better off investing in some dextrose powder? If so, what are the cheapest places to get some good ones?

At the moment i am trying a mix of corn flour and brown rice flower so i I have only started this week so i will be logging the results in my journa. There are many arguments with some saying simple carbs pwo while others say complex so i am giving both a try lol.
