Hi fairly new to the site and was wondering if someone could help me out with a diet plan. Been going to the gym for a couple year to lose weight but the past year I have taken it more seriously and wanting to get bigger. I noticed an increase in mass around April time before i went on a cutting phase but due to T in the Park and birthdays I kinda lost it ;P Probably sitting at around 13-14% Bodyfat

Over the next few week I am wanting to gain some more muscle before going on a cutting phase.

There's shed loads of information, with diets people are using for putting on size in the 'gaining weight' section. I'd recommend reading up in there as it's very useful.
