hey guys,

I've just recently got seasonal work at asda and they are going to offe me a contract worth like 100 quid a hopefully and i want to start using quality protien of bulk powers stuff. Any recomend a site or place to buy those to off? are they any good stacks floating about, offers etc?

I'd recommend a cheaper whey powder if money is tight mate - cheaper means you can have more. :thumb: Something like the 4kg whey for £35 from BBW.

http://www.predatornutrition.com/pd-90-protein-5kg.cfm or you could use myprotein unflavoured, or if you dont like that get a bag of unflavoured and a bag of flavoured and mix them together. it works out about the same as nutrisport
