hey guys just a quick question...

Im gonna be making own post workout protein shake using... 2 cups of water mixed with .4g protein (impact whey) per kg and .8g carbs (50/50 dextrose/maldextrose) and 3-5g of bcaa... and creatine mono nd l-glutamine any objections to that?

also pre workout shake? can it be similar?

IMO :)

Pre workout(60-90 mins) - a slower digesting carb or even fat source(oats/efa's) with protein

Bcaa's - taken immediately before or during workout.

Glutamine immediately after

Protein/carb/creatine shake 20 mins later.

This is what I have:

6pm: 50g whey, 50g maltodextrin, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine

6.45pm: Train

8.15pm: 75g whey, 50g maltodextrin, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine

Some people might disagree on the above but it works well for me

ah ok.. will try whey + maltodextrin for pre workout and ill use dextrose for a few weeks to see what it does for post workout

btw can all the stuff be pre mixed or will it loose value if put in water for too long?

Dont use Malto pre workout. No use to man nor beast! Post workout is fine though

I have 2-3 whole eggs and another white, 40g oats, 30g whey, medium banana ...blended.

Post workout - whey & dextrose (40-60g of each)
