What's with the junk in your diet?

pork pie and crisps? drop that!

a good balanced meal is protein/carb/veg ie chicken/turkey/beef then rice/pasta/potato then veg!! pref green veg..

Breakfast would be better having the eggs with oats.. a fantastic source of carbs to give you energy

Marshmellows??? hmmz -.-

A diet which you should be looking at is eating every 2-3hrs

Drinking plenty of water

Example :

7:00 Srambled eggs + oats

10:30 Protein shake + apple + handull of nuts

1:00 rice/tuna/brocoli

4:00 3 slices of meat with 1 slice of granary bread

5:00 workout

6:30 protein shake as soon as u finish working out

7:15 meal like 1;00

30mins before sleep a protein shake

Thats the sort of thing you should be aiming around with a few tweeks !

i was told to put fat on to build it in muscle, so will it grow in 2 muscle after?
No.

Its ok to have some extra fat buddy, but now you have to change your diet, its shocking to be fair.

I am worried that as your diet is so bad your training routine is going to be pretty poor too, so its best to put that up here.

Before posting though, ask yourself, do I really want this?

cant i over load it, with like loads of carbs?
I'd lean up if i was you as you have enough fat % from what your pic shows. You dont need to add fat to add muscle.

Skinny people for example dont eat junk, they can add muscle by just upping there calories but in a clean way. But you shouldnt.

Hope this makes sense and slap the person who told you to add fat..

Must add though.. dont take this to heart us saying your diet is rubbish.. its all a learning curve and once around that you will make good results.

All you need is willpower and the desire.. and the abilty to learn..

So, enjoy changing that diet of yours! :thumb:
