PPL is great as it hits the muscles twice a week.
the above is fine but not necessary … if growth is what you want then to build muscle it’s said that 6-15 reps is best.
Progressive overload is key … making sure that you keep your form and tempo in check. Everytime you go into the gym try and do better, an extra rep here and there maybe a few lbs added on to the exercise. You don’t have to progress on all exercises but if you can great. Also if you want to grow make sure you are eatting enough grub & getting plenty of sleep
