Hello

Ive just been reading in my new body fitness mag about the one exercise per body part training method. I have read a bit about this before and I think im going to give it a run. Anybody used this training method ? what do you think ?

If you do, they need to be sets that take everything from you. If you are new too training then two would be better as the weights you will be pushing will be easily recoverable (if thats a word). I have had great results in mass from keeping things really simple.

Oh, and the exercise must be a free weight compound movement.
