Looks like 100kg on the bar? Beside one arm working there is some decent strength in the wrist supporting the extra stress holding the weight in one arm.

Lets us know how you get one but please dont injure the wrist and ruin your SHIC!

LOL, would rather do the shoulder one, but might test water with 60kg, poss 100kg. But yeah its wrist strength really.

Dont look like 120kg to me either i think the are big diameter 15kg plates, but whatever, still impressive:)
