Morning Guys,

Just found your site! :thumb:

Firstly, I'm Jon, or Jonathan, or Oddjob lol, I'm 24 from South Wales.

I'm currently on and off training, after gaining 4 stone of fat over the last few years :oops:from lack of exercise and a desk job. I have started doing some light running on my local rugby field early in the morning, and going to the gym as much as possible to weight train.

I do have a problem however, in that I work permanent 12 hour night turns, so find it VERY difficult to stay motorvated to train before and after my shifts.

I hope that here, I can learn, and build on what little knowledge I have, to get in shape, and hopefully get down to my ideal weight range.
