Been training around 4 years now always trained for size ive never used a rep range less than 6 i'd say, ive just recentley finished my first cycle and am in the last week of pct. My strength has shot up on cycle and i just want to maintain this now up until my next cycle....

Could anyone suggest any routines programmes or just training in general.
