hi guys,
i tried a workout today but just not sure if my weights are heavy enougth.
i done barbell press 4 sets by 8 reps with 50lb excluding bar
dead lift 4 x 8 with 50lb
squats 4 x 8 with 50lb
alternate curls 4 x 8 with 30lb
i done the above but not sure if this is enougth for my first serious workout.
have not done another workout for sunday yet, as i intend to go one workout one day rest the other,
should i do more of a workout with more weights.
or have i lost the plot.
