Hi guys.

Just signed up here so thought id introduce myself.

Im 20 years old, been interested in weight lifting and dieting for about 3 and a half years, with me really getting serious and figuring out how to do things right within the past year and a half.

I currently weight 180 lbs, and looking to 'get big'(But who doesn't).
