Hi guys,

Registered to the forum a few weeks ago from a friends recomendation, and seen some really good advice, just struggling to piece alot of it together with so many different routes to follow.

I'm 19, weight around 11st 5ib's and I'm 5ft 10.

I have been going to the gym on and off for around a year and a half now, when i first started I was probiably not much over 10st and i have definately made progress, people notice that I've been in the gym and I get some comliments, but I seem to have been stuck at this weight for a good 3 or 4 month's struggling to break PB's after trying different routines etc.

Basicaly I'm starting college back at college part time in spetember and will be working 5 days at college 1 day ( College is wednesday 9am-8pm)

So I'll want to be training Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri straight from work.

My budget isn't so high on food as I'm only 19 but I'm willing to try almost anything.

Can you guys help me with a 4 day split routine and a diet based on the following eating time?

7.00am - Breakfast

10.30am - Midmorning snack

12.45pm - Dinner

3.00pm - Midafternoon snack

4.00pm - Pre workout

4.30pm -*workout*

5.30pm - *post workout shake*

6.30pm - Evening meal

9.30pm - Snack before bed

Like I said I'm willing to try most thing, I really want to push forward!

Thanks, Ryan :thumb:

I'm also on a bulking diet atm im 23 6ft and about 11st 10, i make sure i have 3 shakes a day inbetween my meals consisting of 100% whey protien, 2x raw eggs, 3g creatine, 50g of oats & whole milk.. i add some choc milk shake power to give it some flavor.

Id say that diet looks pretty good jus make sure ure gettin a good 6/8 raw eggs a day and atleast 3 protein shakes when u can fit them in and u will be golden, bit of creatine mono in ure shakes wouldnt go a miss either.

Thanks for the reply, yeh im throwing in a few raw eggs in with my shakes starting next week, and i have some mono creatine from a few months ago that i could use in some shakes, just don't want to go over the top as creatine can give you some grief?

I'll try adding it into my shakes and see how i go!
