Hi Ladies & Gents.

My name is Graham and I have been training for just over a year now.

I was recomended to this site by a work mate who also works out.

I'm on here for hints and tips on how I can improve.

I'm 41 years old and I am not going to grow old gracefully.

I've always been into fitness in one form or another.

I ran as a teenager and have done martial arts of one form or another since I was 17.

I hope to meet some new friends..
