I Feel The Creatine Pumps My Arms Up A Bit But What Can I Take While Im Off Creatine Coz I Feel Weak . Any Good Supps I Can Use Other Than Lean Protein Coz I Seem To Put On Weight Rather Than Loose It And How Much Cardio Wud Be Recomended ? Would 30 Mins x-trainer 5 Days A Week Be Good Enuff ? Sumone Help Me!!! P.s I know Creatine Creates Water Retention But You Loose It When You Off It So Should Be Ok .
