hi all im 21. 17 1/2 stone and im trying to lose weight ive just bought a gym membership and going 4 times a week for 2 hours a session and just wondered if anyone has any aids or tips to lose weight fast

Need to eat less calories than you burn per day, high levels of protein and EFA's whilst moderating carbohydrate intake. Don't get too hung up on meal timings and how many meals you eat a day it's the total calories consumed that matters.

Of course if you are new to the gym and dieting it will take some time to get really strict, start by reducing what you eat during the day slowly and go for 'cleaner' sources of food i.e. nutrient dense with no empty calories.

I would do a push/pull/legs routine on Monday/Wednesday/Friday with 1 hour steady state cardio 3-4 times per week upping that to 5 times per week when you feel comfortable.
