well im eating between 5 and 6 small meals a day and taking my protien shake three times a day. i train on monday wednesday friday and saterday mostly weights im starting to add more cardio about 20 mins when im finished my weights.
i was talking to a guy at the gym and he was suggesting i take something called t5's
to help with my fat loss i tried cuts 2 but they had no effect so any advice would be great thanks.
