I have really bad RSI in both arm's.. has anyone downloaded VIA torrent and used?

My girlfriend used naturally speaking 7 throughout her degree - she really rates it. Takes a while to get it setup to recognise your voice, but after that it's great. No experience with version 10 though (assume it's better, but you never know).
