All about adding thickness and filling out the clavicular head of your pectoralis (upper pecs). Genetically people have more muscle mass in the lower region.

Best exercises are the basics like.. dumbell flyes, chest press. Vary the use of incline, flat and decline for best results. Increase the difficulty by adding supersets or drop sets. Squeeze and contract hard at the top of the movement to stimulate more muscle fibres. Also use dumbells more often than a bar or machine to target synergist (helper) muscles and maximize overall development.
