I belive its customary to introduce oneself on this board so here I am.

I'm 36yrs old and stepped back into the gym a couple of months ago after a lay-off of a couple of years. I broke my ribs in an accident and couldn't train and because of work commitments I basically just let things slide.

After two years of eating pies and drinking beer I'd put on a stone in weight and swapped another stone of muscle for more fat, so I decided to sort it out.

I've made some decent progress and got down to 32" waist from a 34" and put almost 3/4 of a stone in muscle on, so I must be doing something right.

Still got a way to go though until my BF is where I want it and my shape is back to where I can show off on the beach again (joke, I'm not completely vain...just a little :D ).
