Hi this is my first bulking diet. Please give you opinons. I am 22 yrs old 14 stone 4 in weight and 6ft 1.

Meal 1

X1 Whole Egg

X3 Egg whites

X2 Kingsmill Whole meal Medium sliced

Banana

250ML Skimmed Milk

Meal 2


75g Oats

500ML Skimmed Milk

1 Scoop Whey

100g Strawberries

Meal 3


200Gram Chicken

Brown Rice (75g)

Veg (Peas)

Meal 4


Jacket Potato

1 Can Tuna

Meal 5


Steak (200g)

Wraps x2

Meal 6


2 Scoop Whey

Yogurt 250ML

Grand Total


Calories 2915.8

Protein 203.1

Carbrohydrates 380

Fat 71.8

natty peanut butter 25g

adjustments to whey are based on it being 10g protein per scoop. you want 30-40 g of protein each meal mate id say aim for around 300g a day. everything else is fine. are those wraps wholemeal if not id change them to jacket potatoe or whole meal pitta or brown rice.

Calories 2915.8

Protein 203.1

Carbrohydrates 380

Do you not think that meal program is clean? What can i do to make i cleaner? I did do alot of research before doing it.

hilly 2008, when you say olive oil. Doe you mean Olive oil like the oil you cook food with? or is there a different type?

If it is cooking olive oil how are you suppose to eat/drink that? Just straight?

Sorry if i sound stupid.

yeh same olive oil mate. try and get a more expensive one it tastes a bit better lol. i have actually been getting walnut oil from tesco and cookin with this and putting it in my shakes.

you just add it to your shakes mate. a tablespoon has like 115 cals init all of which is fat about 14grams or sumit

also dont have any if you eat any high gi carbs as the insulin spike they will cause may mean you will stoore the fat. i try to consume my fat woith protein only or low gi carbs such as oats etc. usually tho ill have a tablespoon with my chicken and salad on a night and at lunch.
