I've been training for about 4 years continuous now, I'm on a slow cut (4 months) and wondered what my diet looks like, or where I need to change it. I'm 6ft 1, just over 14 stone:

Meal 1

3 eggs, 2 brown toast and 1/2 pint milk

Meal 2

Protein shake , 2 fish oil caps

Meal 3

Tuna, green beans, peanut butter

Meal 4

Protein shake, 2 fish oil caps

Meal 5

Chicken breast, pasta, green beans

Meal 6 (post workout)

Lean grow shake

Meal 7

Protein shake, 1 fish oil cap

Total

Protein - 283g

Carbs - 146g

Fats - 57g

Calories - 2157
