he all, I tried a search as I thought I'd seen/talked about this before - but I've been off for a while due to illness so starting again! :oops:

basically I'm on keto to drop some chub, and on the day after my carb-up/cheat day I get annoying cramps in my muscles. I did wonder whether it was due to the water take up? I drink loads of water on both no-carb and the cheat days though.

perhaps I'm missing something? any thoughts? cheers :thumb:
