Hihi,

Just wondered what muscle group you really don't like exercising and what your reasons are for it.

I really hate doing back, for all reasons :\ Don't like the exercises themselves and building a muscular back just feels impossbile for me ;P :whistling:

id say legs but having not trained them properly due to injury for five weeks now and this week will be the sixth (tonights session)

i am starting to realise how much fun squats can/cant be

i may try again tonight, i put myself back a few steps this time last week

I have a love/hate relationship with my back.....its my weak bodypart/slow growth area :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing:

i love training all the bodyparts you have stated...i think the ones you forgot,importantly were calves and forearms...i think peopole with lagging forearm and calves they tiressly pound these muscle groups and get small results hate these the most....quite a common dislike!!!!

but as for all those you put up....i love em all....back,legs,shoulders....and chest (oh and deadlifts) in that order i love to train!!!!
