I been drinking Skimmed milk these days 0.3% fat.

But someone pointed out to me that milk is still high in lactose sugar.

Is skimmed milk, becuase of the lactose something to avoid?

I am trying to build muscle by slim up too.

agree with cal... some people are fine with milk... some are not... on a strict diet it has no part to play at all as the sugar is too much.

many wuold argue it has no part to play at all due to the sugar and the fact that alot of people have some levl of lactose intolerence (without even realising).

tastes nice though!
