most peoples diets on here are oh i had meat and veg for lunch BUT what if u dont like vegetables can u have meat and fruit or just meat and some nuts, say almonds or something!!??? :confused1:

Most people (me included) have veg for two main reasons;

1) They like the taste

2) The decent vitamins/minerals and fibre in the veg.

If I didn't like it, I just wouldn't eat it, simple as. If you're taking a multi vit everyday then you're cool, might be worth getting some form of fibre supp down you though.

You can get tablets that contain the vits and minerals within veg, but tbh, they're expensive and I personally wouldn't buy that when I've got multi vits.

Obviously fruit contains fructose so that's sugars, but if taken into your daily calories then why not. Same goes with almonds/fats etc.
