After some advice on meal timing and when to eat carbs:
I'm a machine driver in a quarry so don't use much energy throughout the day. I'm up at 5am 6 days a week and get home bout 5pm, Saturday is a half day and Sunday off.
Weekdays I train about 8:30pm and weekends in the afternoon. Normally 4-5 days a weeks.
Could any experienced people offer any advice on how they would deal with a cutting diet on my schedule. Not after what foods to eat, just timing of meals and when to take in carbs.
