After some advice on meal timing and when to eat carbs:

I'm a machine driver in a quarry so don't use much energy throughout the day. I'm up at 5am 6 days a week and get home bout 5pm, Saturday is a half day and Sunday off.

Weekdays I train about 8:30pm and weekends in the afternoon. Normally 4-5 days a weeks.

Could any experienced people offer any advice on how they would deal with a cutting diet on my schedule. Not after what foods to eat, just timing of meals and when to take in carbs.

Weekday

5am Breakfast Protein and Fats

8am Snack Protein and Fats

12-1pm Lunch Protein and Carbs

3pm Snack Protein and Fats

6pm Dinner

8:30pm Training Drink post workout drink during your training as you are training so late. Simple carbs and Protein

10pm Pre Bed Snack Protein Fats

Weekend

5am Breakfast Protein and Fats

8am Snack Protein and Fats

12-1pm Lunch Protein and Carbs

3pm Training. Post workout drink to include Simple carbs and Protein

6pm Dinner Protein and Carbs

10pm Pre Bed Protein Fats

Protein and fats mean that the meal contains Protein and Fats only, though you may add some fibrous veg here too in moderation. Protein and Carbs mean that for that meal you have a lean protein and a complex carbs such as potato, pasta, rice etc ok :thumbup1:
