Hi there, just started taking my mass gainer again, which claims to have PLENNTYY of amino acids in it, but i also take a intra workout with alot of Bcaa's as well. Is this bad or okay?
Don't take my word as gospel but i've heard that Bcaa's should be used in dieting as there anti-catabolic so are good when you are in a calorific deficit. As your using weight gainer I'm guessing your bulking so drop the Bcaa's. It isn't bad and won't do any harm (sept to your wallet). But I'm no expert and am new to all this reallly, just reading everything i can get my hands on at the moment.
Sure someone else will chime in with there opinion.
