ok so looking to build up a new bulking diet but first i need to know what my maintenance cals are so i can adjust accordingly. How do i measure my maintenance cals. I dont have any calipers, only a scale.

My current stats are

6'0 170 lbs. if i had to guess my bf% id say maybe 15%ish.

currently eatting between 2500-3000 calories a day consisting of tuna, chicken, eggs, whole wheat bread, veggies etc.

I want to put on as much weight as possible in a 2-3month period.

theres quite a lot of stuff about this out there mate, heres a link i found via google you should give a try:

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

or you could try one like this to calculate your bare minimum RMR and work it out from there estimating how many cals you're burning a day:

"I want to put on as much weight as possible in a 2-3month period."

But in that case i dont think you should be too fussed with maintenance figures?! I dont know much about bulking diets tbh but you want to put on good mass, eating clean and lean in big amounts is the way to go i reccon, else you'll just put on stupid amounts of bf with little muscular gains.
