going on a cut from monday, but want to keep as much muscle as possible,i will be taking in a lot of protein, was just wondering if there is anything out there to help me?
i know there is creatine, but its a lot of water retention, dont really want to get on steroids until i am at my desired weight and then im going to lean bulk...any help guys?
