I did arms lastnight and its first time in a while i felt recovery pain like this... muscles got tore up no lie.

i need to put more focus on my diet.. i dont wanna be a Fatty Natty.

increase my cardio.. pedal more or something - dont wanna have a seizure on the bike, iv been seizure-free for a fair bit like 14 month or something.
