Bent Over Rows 4 x 13
Curls 4 x 8
Shrugs 3 x 20

Done Workout

Nailed it:

OHP 4x10
Bent over Rows 4 x 13
Curls 4 x 8
Shrugs 3 x 13


Im sort of getting to the stage now where i need increase the weight again....

Shrugs suffered because i was feeling ill

Had workout:

still feeling a bit ill.

Done:

Warm up:
OHP x 10
Curls x 5

Main was:

Bent Over Rows 4 x 15
Upright Rows x 6 (F***ed my wrist)
OHP 5 x 5 avergae (Bad wrist goosed this up so could only push 5 a time out)
Shrugs 4 x 15
Curls 3 x 10

Carpal Tunnel is Hurting though

Had Work out Early...

Done:

Warm up:

OHP x 10 slow reps.


Workout:

Curls 4 x 10.. then 3 x 5 (10 second rests) <---- Just wanted to SHOCK DA MUSCLE
Shrugs 2x 25 then 2 x 15
Bent Over Rows 4 x 10 (i was w**ked by this point)

I think i might be going up another Plate next week... Session felt really good. I just want to keep Munching up them Reps bros.

Had Workout.

Was meant to be done day before but the heat killed me off.

Deloaded 2Kg

Warm up:
OHP 1 x 8

Workout:

OHP 4 x 10
Bent Over Rows 3 x 13 ( i went with the unlucky number)
Shrugs 3 X 20

Too goosed to go on, but now i understand the DAYZ thing.. ill do Curls Tomz or something

Main focus on Biceps and Traps

sweating my c**t off going into shrugs...

I had a Coffee PreWorkout to help boost me... But i was yawning going in... Yawning and stretching in between sets.

Had a workout ... a bit early and on empty stomach so i guess it weakend me a little.

Warmup:
OHP x 5 {Slow}
Curls x 5 {Slow}

Workout was:
Bent Over Rows 3 x 15
OHP 4 x 10
Curls 3 x 10
