Afternoon, im looking to increase muscle size but not fat as i dont have the time to do a cut. Im starting my Army training in November so ive got to keep my fitness levels up. Im in the process of changing my weight training routine which will be 2/3 days (probably 5x5 or somthing similar) and im currently doing 3 days of CV work a week so need a high amount of calories.

Im 170cm, 70kg and my body fat is 9%. Im also one of the unlucky guys with a high metabolism!

Any advice would be a great help as im not 100% sure of my diet!

Breakfast:

3 scrambled eggs on 2 wholemeal toast

200ml orange juice

1 maximuscle HMB Cap

1 Sci-MX EFA Cap

Snack (usually around 1 1/2 hours later):

Sci-MX Mass System with 400ml whole milk

Banana

Lunch/Pre Workout:

100g Pasta, tin of tuna with salad and olive oil dressing

1 maximuscle HMB Cap

1 Sci-MX EFA Cap

Banana

Post Workout:

Sci-MX Mass System with water

Yoghurt

Dinner:

Depends on what my mum cooks, always healthy e.g meat/fish, veg, potatos

Yoghurt

1 maximuscle HMB Cap

1 Sci-MX EFA Cap

Snack/Pre Bed:

Sci-MX GRS-5 slow release shake with 400ml whole milk

Rivita/Rice cracker with penut butter

Totals (Excl dinner):

242g protein

302g Carbs

3253 Kcal
