Ok so i went food shopping this morning and bought my standard chicken, beef, mince, veg, rice, cottage cheese etc. etc. you know the drill! anyway thought id buy something different to mix up the foods so i dont start feeeling sick at the sight of chicken! Anyway, lamb joint, come home cooked it etc. And can seriously say, theres ALOT of fat in it! Like dripping! But my question is, how good is it for nutrition side... I'm guessing its good fats that will help me train and not saturated like in burgers etc. So is it good to go or stick to the general stuff ? :D
