nuts mate,personally i always take 100g of almonds to work with me when im on keto,they contain approx 50g of fat per 100g of nuts....ideal for a keto diet.

you could also try brazils etc if your not a fan of almonds though.

as smaj210 says pepperami and bacon are good for keto but for pure convieniance nuts have to be number 1 imo.

Pint of cold water ftw.

Snacking is all well and good, but Nuts etc are pretty cal rich. Its easy to eat too many cals and keto or not, if you eat to many cals youll not be dropping fat.

Crucial point this, it's very easy to consume too many cals with nuts, especially on a keto.
