thanks for the replies tried green tea not bad but not the real deal was also asking because i use milk in my protien drink so it tastes better will try soya unsweetend
double cream! Simples! Only about 3g per 100. So for the 5ml you need in a cuppa is naff all carbs. Also on keto, you can make your protein with whipping cream, and whip into a dessert. It aint rocket science. Fat, Protein, no carb.
