Im on week 7 of 12 weeks of deca and sust, and im trying gain as much info about keeping most if not all of my size on after finishing my cycle, any info is greatly thanked, just looking to get as much as i can!

What do you have planned for PCT?

Good PCT, keep diet spot on to support the new muscle growth.

I drop the amount of sets I do when i come off but keep lifting hevy.

Running HCG through your cycle will aid recovery getting you out the catablic period faster.

Whats HCG?

ive been running tamoxifan through my cycle and have clomid for PCT

at the moment im eating anything I can get my hands on to gain as much weight, so do I need to have a sharper diet after that?

ideally you wouldnt be taking nolva throughout. A basic and probably most common PCT is made up of nolva, clomid and hcg...although these days the trend is to use hcg throughout. You should have researched all of this before hand mate.
