Hey im just joining my local gym tomorrow and want to know what I realistically should be doing im 17 and im average height but just a skinny rat, My main aim for joining the gym is to bulk and and gain muscle. I have recently brought some weight gain as I thought this may help, but I no if i want to do well I have to eat well and train hard does anyone have anytips for me on what routines are best and if I should be taking supplements this early.
