I get sore joints in my old age, and I've never really looked into it all so my knowledge is lacking in this area.

Wrists and ankles. I've ordered some Glucosamine with chondroitin, and some omega 3,6 and 9 caps.

Does anyone rate these for said pain. Any other products usefull?

cold liver oil- first thing in the morning - forget caps just take a big gulp of oil- helps after a few months of continual taking.

for me, upon waking, and pre-bed, fistfull of omega3, couple cissus caps, 3 or 4 glucosamine, codliver oil when i remember.
