any such supplement that will limit the amount of soreness i feel the next day after a good workout, the reason i ask is that im a plasterer, and it kills me when plastering a ceiling or any lifting i have to do,

am i just in dream land or is there something that can help me

mate, my legs are sore after every session , somethings i think you just dont adapt to! however if your getting the right amount of protein down you it shouldnt be so bad... also enough sleep... could be worth getting some l-glutamin down you i think this helps with muscle recovery not an expert on the science behind it.
