Try oat bran, 100g fetches approx 14g protein, 14g fibre and 55g carbs, mix with a bit of milk and a bit of water and one scoop of protein powder. For extra cals you can add some evoo if needed

wow!! expensive porridge mate !! quakers are half the price...i normally have mine in the morning with raisons,honey and spender .. or blend with shakes or make your own protein bars,flap jacks etc :thumb:

I buy Aldy brand (cheaper and comes with vits and minerals too), they are fine enough to mixed with cold liquid:

milk

whey

oats

2 or 3 eggs

and if you want to treat yourself:

have two or three teaspoon of peanut butter in a cup, add a tiny wee of hot water, dissolve and drink with the above
