So, I was curious as to what my IGF-1 levels would be at my age (69), knowing that they decline with age but also knowing that it is the best "stable" measurement of your body's production of GH. I did this because I have been toying with the idea of starting a low dose (2iu daily) of HGH for anti-aging, general health.

I don't think I have seen anyone post up anything on here about having their IGF-1 leveI checked before, so here are mine. I was somewhat surprised by my level (197) which is quite high.

The scale on the report is for all age ranges, but when I check specifically for my age range I'm at the peak.

What do you think, should I still consider the low-dose HGH for the general health benefits or run with what I have?
